Ms. Violeth is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate courts thereto and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the St. Augustine University of Tanzania and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and is currently studying a Masters Degree pursuing her LL.M in Taxation at the University of Dar es Salaam.

She has worked in both national and international law firms and is well experienced in all aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, Immigration law, Labour law and Intellectual Property Law. In particular, she has more than 11 years of commercial law experience and experience in handling of disputes arising out of Intellectual Property Rights registrations and applications in both Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar, International filling and registration of Intellectual Property rights under ARIPO (African Regional Intellectual Property organization and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) scheme and Due diligence reporting, company incorporations, re-structuring and compliance.

Ms. Violeth is a senior member of the Bar holding membership in the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), East African Law Society (EALS) and the International Bar Association.
